Role
To work independently and with supervision to grow IT services sales and profitability by adding new medium, large and enterprise-sized customers within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads based on in-depth, various geo's research & competitor analysis for focused verticals.
- Set up meetings, ensures the sales personnel is equipped with necessary information. Orient him about subtle nuances captured during lead generation exercise.
- Maintain CRM and Generate MIS reports & dashboards as per raised request.
- Assist in activation and running of various communication campaigns through Email, Phone & Events campaigns.
- Stay abreast of market developments, understand competitor trends. Analyse and use the same for targeting potential prospects.
- Persistent follow up with client. Communicates in a clear & timely manner to ensure on building lasting relations.
- Understands non-verbal and underlying cues of the prospects and aims to maximize on them.
- Create and maintain database for future reference.
Requirements
- Proven 3 years experience in cold calling, market research and appointment setting.
- IT/Software Company Experience.
- Understanding of SAP, RPA and Digital Transformation and at least proficient in any one of the area.
- International Market lead generation, have the experience of any one from below geography ANZ, Singapore, USA, Europe and ready to work as per working time of these geography.
- Achieve the set target of qualified leads.
- Fair understanding of India geo, IT services and solutions from lead generation/Sales perspective.
BDM

Role

- New greenfield logo acquisition
- Leverages industry relationships and other connections to source new pipeline opportunities
- Both a sales and technical/industry background that enables them to drive an engagement at the Director level as well as with IT Heads/ Managers
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Functions both as hunter and a farmer
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Builds and maintains positive relationships with C-suite customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with delivery teams and administrative staff to ensure that delivery capability matches the proposed solution
Requirements
- Proven 8 years of working experience in Software/ IT Industry
- Proven 5 years of working experience in sales of SAP services especially SAP AMS, Rollouts, Digital transformation, Enhancement & Migration Projects.
- Demonstrated success as a sales executive in a fast-growth IT company
- Should be proactive / self-motivated
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
